Solution
Your customers find the spare part themselves.
Partmira turns your exploded views and parts lists into a spare parts portal. The operator opens their machine by serial number, taps the position and sends the request. Your inside sales team receives the right part number instead of searching for it on the phone.
What changes
Less searching, fewer queries, fewer wrong deliveries.
Fewer phone calls
The request arrives complete, linked to the serial number and the parts list. Calls to work out which part is meant become rarer.
Fewer wrong deliveries
The part number comes from your parts list and matches the installed version. Superseded numbers show the successor.
Faster spare parts revenue
Anyone who finds the original part on the drawing asks you, not a copycat supplier. You quote as usual.
For your customers
What the operator sees at the machine
No training and no part number to remember. You can try every feature in the demo.
Start with the serial number
The number on the nameplate opens exactly this machine with its released assemblies. Without a serial number, the machine type is the way in.
Exploded view with hotspots
Every position number on the drawing is clickable. The drawing can be zoomed and moved, on a smartphone too.
Parts list next to the drawing
Position, part number, designation and quantity sit next to the drawing. A click in the list highlights the position on the drawing and vice versa.
The right variant
Two machines of the same type can have different assemblies. The serial number shows the version that is actually installed.
Superseded part numbers
If a part was replaced, the successor appears right at the position. A filter shows all replaced parts of a machine.
Search by number or term
Search finds part numbers and designations across all released assemblies of the machine.
For your inside sales team
What reaches you and what you control
Request by email or CSV
With serial number, machine, assembly, position, part number, designation, quantity and note. It goes to the mailbox you already use.
Overview of requests
The manufacturer view lists all requests with their status: new, in review, quoted, done.
Approval per assembly
An assembly is visible to customers only after you release it. Until then it stays internal.
Drawing and parts list check
On import you see matches, positions without a parts list row and rows without a position. Gaps stay flagged instead of being guessed.
Changes since the last revision
When a new drawing arrives, the check shows which positions are new and which have been removed.
German and English
Portal and request are available in German and English, including the designations from your parts list if they exist in both languages.
