Process & pilot project
From your PDFs to the first released assembly.
You start with one assembly from your existing drawings and parts lists. After four weeks it is ready to use, and you decide on the basis of the result how to continue.
Process
Four steps to the first customer request
- 01
Call and choice of assembly
You send an exploded view as a PDF. We get back to you within one working day, and in a short call we choose an assembly that shows the benefit well, for example a frequently requested wear part.
- 02
Import of drawing and parts list
We take over the drawing, match the positions with your parts list and place the hotspots. Positions without a parts list row and missing numbers are flagged and clarified with you.
- 03
Review and approval by you
You review the assembly in the manufacturer view and release it. Before that, nothing is visible to your customers.
- 04
Your customers send requests
You give the serial numbers to your customers or link to the portal. Requests arrive in your mailbox by email or CSV.
Who does what
Who provides what
The effort on your side stays small. We work with the documents you already have.
You provide
- Exploded view of the assembly as a PDF
- Parts list as CSV or Excel, if available
- Serial numbers of the machines that contain the assembly
- Superseded part numbers, as far as known
- The mailbox where requests should arrive
- One person for questions and approval
We take care of
- Importing the drawing and placing the hotspots
- Matching with the parts list, gaps flagged
- Setting up the portal for your serial numbers
- Configuring the request mailbox
- Clarifying open points with you

After the pilot project
What comes next
More assemblies
If the first assembly convinces you, more assemblies and machine types follow, in the order that helps your service most.
New drawing revisions
When a drawing changes, the check shows new and removed positions. The new revision again becomes visible only after your approval.
Price on request
Scope, term and price are in the quote before you commit. There is no price list, because scope and data vary a lot.
Next step
See the portal on a real assembly.
Open the demo without signing up, or send us an exploded view as a PDF. Clemens Schmid replies to you personally within one working day.
