Data protection
Which data is processed
Your technical documents
Drawings, parts lists and serial numbers that you provide for the portal. They remain your data.
Contact details from requests
Name, company, email and note that your customer enters in the request. They are used only to pass the request on to you.
No cookies without consent
The website uses no tracking and no cookies that require consent.
Retention
We delete requests once they have been handled, at the latest after twelve months, unless a legal obligation applies.
